studied architecture at the Technical University of Hannover. She has been an expert for real estate valuation since 1992; before that she worked for several architectural offices in Hamburg and Berlin and in the fields of planning and construction management of shopping centers, administrative buildings and banks, among others. In 1992 she founded an architecture and valuation office.
Mrs. Schäfer has been publicly certified by the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce since 2006 and is a certified expert at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. Since 2009 she has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Furthermore, Mrs. Schäfer is listed as an expert at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority BAFIN.
The focus is on the preparation of expert opinions of residential and commercial properties for institutional investors, proprietors and courts. Furthermore, she is a lecturer at the Technical University of Berlin, professorship for planning, construction economics and real estate industry.
