has been a real estate valuation expert since 2004; before that he was a project developer and asset manager. From 2006 to 2009 he worked as a freelance, then as an employed appraiser (JKT Immobilien / BulwienGesa Valuation).
Ullrich Werling is also a member of the Advisory Committee for Values of Properties of the administrative district of Dahme-Spreewald.
He has been certified as a real estate valuer for financial purposes (CIS HypZert [F]) since 2007 and is also a Fellow and Registered Valuer of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS - VRS).
In addition, Ullrich Werling is active as a lecturer in further education institutions and universities.
