graduated with diploma in business administration (university of applied sciences), since 2006 freelance expert. His work focuses on expert opinions for courts (usually in the context of forced sales), developers and credit institutions.

Andreas Schleef is also a member of Potsdam's Advisory Committee for Values of Properties.

He is also certified as a real estate valuer for financial purposes (CIS HypZert [F]) and is preparing for the examination to the public appointment as a publicly certified expert.

The focus of his work is on development properties (existing and new) including the differentiated valuation of large-volume condominium portfolios as well as the valuation of accommodation properties.
