ist seit 2001 Sachverständiger für Immobilienbewertung. Zunächst war er in der Vermietung von Gewerbeflächen tätig, arbeitete 8 Jahre für JLL und leitete danach die Bewertungsabteilung eines großen Asset Managers. Bei Duff & Phelps REAG GmbH verantwortete Herr Kral Immobilienbewertungen im In- und Ausland.

Er ist Fellow der RICS, Affiliate des Appraisal Institute (USA) und nach DIN EN ISO 17024 HypZert (F) zertifiziert. Thomas Kral war 8 Jahre Mitglied der Professional Group Valuation für die RICS Deutschland, ist RICS Registered Valuer sowie bei der Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht für Fondsbewertungen registriert.

has been working as an expert and management consultant since graduating with diploma in real estate management at a university of cooperative education (Diplom-Betriebswirtin BA) in 2003, among others, at KPMG and DOMUS Consult. Since the beginning of 2018 she has been an appraiser at Werling + Schleef and HWS.

She has been certified as a real estate valuer for standard properties (CIS HypZert [S]) since 2019. In 2005 she was certified as an expert for the valuation of undeveloped and developed properties by the EIA Saarbrucken.
